Uncertainty is certain.

Got a new Sony Ericsson K800i

Finally I got my bank card, then I signed a contract with O2 in order to get this fantastic mobile phone with a Cyber-shot camera. I may be busy this month since several career fairs are launching on campus.

Happy Mid-autumn Day to everybody

I have lived in this nice flat for about two weeks. And I start to find some part-time job since it brings more oppotunity for practising English and knowing more cultural difference. I have found a job of computer support in a small company which was just started. This job is on demand, when there is a customer asking for service, there will be my chance to earn money. So it is not very stable, which makes me to think for another job.

The job hunting is in process now here. Many giant companies are now holding their presentations this month. I am looking for some oppotunity to stay here after graduation and work in a communication company or invertment bank.

The big problem here with my English is the limited nouns. Since in China, we have learned many verbs and adjectives, but few nouns. In the first few days when I came into a supermarket, I found many new items with the English names I did not know. Now, I know how to say 杏,木瓜,墨盒,葡萄干.... in English. Hehe, a little progress here.

This Fri., maybe I will go to the BBQ held by the Students' Union. Two pounds per person. But it is far away from my campus. And this Sun., I will definitely join the Chinese church, where we can have a nice meal for free. Hahahaha....

I have arrived in UK

Long trip finally ended. I felt sick on the flight and ate nothing. I am now temporarily staying in a hostel where the living conditions are not so satisfying, so I eagerly want to rent a flat. The living pace here is very relaxed, since now it is 7:24 AM, but there is no sound in the streets. I will find a supermarket to buy something to eat, and then go to the university. The first priority these days is to find some nice place to live.
